Privacy policy
Last updated: October 11, 2026
Ride Blueprint is operated by Zachary Brown. This policy describes the current Ride Blueprint beta and this support website. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to Zacharybrown2013@gmail.com.
Information we process
- Account information: your email address, authentication information, and account identifiers, used to sign you in and associate your private cloud records with your account.
- Photos and user content: photos you submit, vehicle details, written instructions, saved projects, and generated images. These are processed when you request AI generation or save content to cloud features.
- Usage and diagnostics: request identifiers, generation status, timestamps, usage counters, and error information used to operate features, enforce usage limits, troubleshoot failures, and prevent duplicate requests. These records can be associated with your account.
- Support messages: your email address and information you choose to include when contacting us.
Photos can contain personal information such as faces or license plates. Avoid submitting sensitive information or content you do not have permission to use.
Device storage and private cloud storage
The app can keep preferences, drafts, gallery items, and parts wishlists on your device. Cloud features store saved content and generation records under your signed-in account. Selecting a photo does not by itself mean it has been saved to your cloud gallery; submitting it for AI processing or saving it to cloud features transmits it off your device. The current beta does not provide a public gallery.
AI processing
When you choose an AI feature, your selected photo or text and related vehicle or styling details are sent to OpenAI to produce the requested result. You can decline AI processing by not submitting a request. Previously submitted content is subject to the retention and deletion practices described here and by the provider.
OpenAI may process and retain submitted content under its applicable API data policies. We do not promise zero provider retention. Generated results and job records can be retained in your private cloud workspace so results remain available and requests are not unnecessarily repeated.
Service providers and external sites
Service providers process information needed to deliver the app: OpenAI for AI requests, Supabase for account and backend services, and hosting and storage providers for serving the app and storing cloud records. Cloudflare serves this support website and receives network request information needed to deliver and secure it, such as IP addresses and browser request details. Support emails are processed through Gmail.
Parts searches may open Google or another outside website with the search terms you choose. Those sites process information under their own policies. Versions of the app that load Google Fonts also send a font request to Google. This support website uses system fonts and contains no advertising or analytics scripts.
Provider information: OpenAI, Supabase, Cloudflare, and Google. Provider processing may occur in countries outside your own.
Advertising and purchases
The current beta does not sell personal information, display third-party ads, or use app data for tracking across other companies’ apps and websites for targeted advertising. Real payments are not enabled in the current beta. This policy will need to reflect payment-related data handling before paid features launch.
Retention and deletion
Device data remains until you remove it using available app controls or clear the app’s local storage. Saved cloud projects and generation records remain until deleted using available cloud controls or through a supported deletion request; they do not have a fixed automatic expiration in the current beta.
Clearing device data does not delete cloud records, and deleting cloud projects does not necessarily delete your authentication account or every operational record. Usage counters may remain to enforce request limits. Provider logs and backups follow their applicable retention processes, so deletion is not a guarantee of immediate removal from every backup or provider system.
To request access, correction, or deletion of your account and associated information, email Zacharybrown2013@gmail.com. Describe your request and identify the account involved. We may need to verify account ownership before acting. Contact us if the available in-app controls do not cover the information you want removed.
Your choices
You can stop submitting AI requests, choose which photos to provide, use available device and cloud deletion controls, and manage app permissions in your device settings. You may also contact us about privacy rights available where you live. Limiting information needed for a feature may prevent that feature from working.
Children
Ride Blueprint is not designed for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and address it.
Security
Cloud access is associated with signed-in accounts. No internet service or storage method can guarantee absolute security. Do not send passwords in support messages.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the app changes and will revise the date above. For support or privacy questions, contact Zachary Brown at Zacharybrown2013@gmail.com.
